This is a website for The Federation of East Africa Freight Forwarders Association (FEAFFA), an apex body of Freight Forwarders Associations in Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda that was formed in 2005, registered and domiciled in the United Republic of Tanzania in 2006 with its Secretariat situated in Nairobi, Kenya. Verviant developed an information portal to address the need to reduce FEAFFA customer inquiries on the office. Customers can now access information at ease on the FEAFFA website.Customers can also ask questions in case they are not able to get what they need and the message is automatically sent to the website administrator who responds promptly.

FEAFFA wanted a new site that would reflect their brand across the 5 nations in which they are active in Africa, with the main objective os Keeping its members updated on what is happening, as well as growing its membership base. Features on this site include;
Verviant built a site powered by Joomla CMS which would add

• Events calendar and an events manager
• News archives and information search.

The website has also information about the organization, their contacts and office location for ease of access. We trained FEAFFA on how to use the Content Management System, eliminating the need for the client to call us whenever they need to update the content.

The client has realized a stronger web presence, improved customer satisfaction and increased client base.

The main features of the website are: social networking, events calendar which include past and upcoming events, events manager, news archives and information search.
