The aim of this project was to create an interface between the clients Host Messaging Server and Microsoft Small Business accounting. The functionality of MS SBA was required to be translated into a messaging Agent with XML messages so that websites built in a PHP environment would integrate with MS SBA to enable making quotations from a web interface.

THE CLIENT

The IP Company is a Netherlands based telephony company. Their core business is to do research and implement revolutionary telephony solutions. They work with the latest in telephony technology such as latest Asterisk PBX versions a variety of SIP stacks (SIP Libraries) MJSIP, PJSIP, and so on, various deployment platforms such as desktop computers, smart phones and other handheld devices.

In the recent past, Social Networks have become popular amongst Internet users, offering a vast list of attracting features that keep users talking and communicating with their friends daily. The biggest advantage of Social Networks are numerous and Afroromance decided to capture this opportunity by developing an Iphone Application that consumes services from their website, for their users to enjoy the Social Experience as well.

 

THE CLIENT

Chellaul Corporation is a US based company which owns and operates an Interacial dating website, Afroromance (www.afroromance.com), where interested users simply create their member account, make their own personal profile with photos and a little more details about themselves, and look around and connect with singles as they have fun. The site offers a vast list of featrues such as ability to flirt, send messages, select favorite users, advanced search, Online Chat and so much more

With the new website, Gloss has been able to save over 40% of costs due to optimization of the database as well as increase in speeds of the site. Within the first 4 months, the website recorded a susbcriber base of 14,000 members.

Gloss is the first online destination in New Zealand dedicated exclusively to connecting with women at every stage of their life. The Gloss website is providing women with an online magazine, tailored to the interests and needs of women aged 15-60+.
